just download all the sql files and copy them into 1 big sql file rofl.. then execute.. does that take 2hours for u?
if you change all the .sql file extensions to .txt and then use somethiing like this:
Downloads - JS Text File Merger 1.0.0 Freeware Software
then it would go dam fast i think?

We are currently having a problem with fishing...you can learn the skill without a problem, however, when you go to fish the bobber does not show up and you catch no fish. As well, your character automatically turns towards the shore. Does anyone know how to fix this? We have looked everywhere and can't find anything.

Maybe you could help us then (we are using your repack)...we got mail working, AH is now cross-faction. Here are the problems we are having.

* When we level up non GM character, their talent points are pretty much doubled once they gain another level.
* When you swim the breath bar does not show up, and you do not die when staying underwater for a long time.
* Fishing is bugged (see my previous post for details)
* Quest log for players is wiped every time they relog.

Fishing is a core bug, only the ascent team can fix it.
Same thing goes for swimming, and the talent points.

Something must be wrong with your character database if their log keeps getting wiped.

From my understanding, many have used this repack and had the issues with the questlog fixed. I read that all that was required was to install the characters.sql and spdb.sql - the others in the "SQL" folder where only for updating a db that had a previous release - and there was no need to use those.

I love the repack. It's stable as hell and alot of things work.
I am also using the Ascent version that was provided in the repack.

I would really appreciate some tutoring if anyone has successfully repaired their questlog with this repack. (If it's a core that they had to switch to - please advise me as to which core release you are using)

Otherwise I could really use the assistance. Is it possible that someone could export me the required sql files in-order to fix my questlog? That is my only real issue that I have with the DB that I really would like to remedy as soon as possible.

I have a team of 8 people testing the release and verifying quests and spawns.
Makes for a real problem when their logs are wiped each time.

I have ascent 3.5 stable, and the newest NCDB, my problem is that the ppl need the key to Black Temple, how can I enable ppl to enter without the key?

When it reaches the stage where it loads stuff from the database, I get this message:

I can't find out how to read the dump file either, so I have no idea what the problem is.

Open the dump file in CrashDumps with Visual C++ 2008 and click Run

this error usually appears when database is not updated in comparisson to your ascent, you will need to update your database using the SQL folder inside each ascent core... ex. Ascent3639/SQL/
run the querries in the character, logon, and world updates folders there...

If you buy 4 items in auction house, you get 2 items in your mail box. When you try to take the item from the mailbox, it says "internal database error" even though we have empty bags.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I am just figuring out how to give +rep, but I will give to anyone who can help with this.

i think your database is out of date and is not fully working with your core... there is probably something wrong with your DB... is that all the ascent console says?
what core rev and database are u using?

I think I can finally play without any major errors now ^^

Edit:
God, another error. This time, WoW says I don't have the Burning Crusade expansion, even though I do! It won't let me create Blood Elves or Draenei, and I can't go to Outlands!
What should I do?
