make a fishing thingy

Ok so heres the thing i will plus rep n e one who tells me how to
make my own fishable object
like lets say i want to take firefin snappers display
and make my own school of fish

also i would like to know how to make it
drop what i want so lets say i make my own
type of floating wrekage drop
some bolts and nuts but can be turned into
a quest giver for an item thats my use.
this is all for a side quest as well as the
knowledge to do so.

please tell me how too

Just to clarify, you'd like to change the model for the fishes you see in the water? Or you'd like to change the display picture of an item? Or you'd like to change the model for the item? Or you'd like to know how to modify an item such that when you right click on it, it will give you a quest text? And if so, would you like to link it to a pre-existing quest or do you want to create a new quest?

Alot of difference there. I can help with scripting(quest/item) but not with modeling as the models are integrated into the program during compilation.

open database
go to creature_names
Find ur fish id u want ( press ctr+f + type ur word like firefin)
copy the dispaly id
make a new one and name it as u like!

wow way off i want to make my own school of fish
so people can fish in it and i know it has somthing
to do with the fishing table and the fishing loot

but i want ot make my own fron scratch not

Check the game object for a pool of fishes. Mimic its stuff. Then add what you want it to drop in the fishing loot table.
Not Really sure if its fishing loot or object loot table.
