Items won't update

Ok i downloaded lok'nor's set... but i wanted to balance it just a little.... so i tweaked it in ade..... I got the sql to "update successfully" but when i type .additem (number) it is still an artifact (i changed it to epic).... why won't it update?

You need to restart server and delete your cache lol then it will change. Because sever will delete item cache, and your client has the cache file saving the older item.
