I wanted to add a usefunction on it like Conjure Food Rank 8
So it would have been the same as Staff of Conjuring - Items - World of Warcraft
Can some1 tell me how i do that please?

you are using wowv im guessing...
on the part where it says item bonus, to the right of the title it says "mode:easy"
switch that to advanced then click the search button in the box...
fill out the form as needed to find the spell you need from there(thottbot i think)
place the spell id in one of the bonus slots and then select "on equip" "chance on hit" or "on use" next to it.. there you go!

and i belive the spell ID for food is 33717 and water is 27090
not 100% on those, but good luck

edit: not 100% sure on this either but i believe the spell to add 20 manna biscuits to your bag from a refreshment table is 43988, so you might want to try that too
