If you dont know how to make a account (ascent) in navicat then just extract this .sql file.
it will make a account with the following info:
acc name: gm
acc pass: gm
gm rank: az
Tbc: enabled

How to install.
Unzip the file.
Open navicat and right click on your database.
click execute batch file.
find the sql file. and click okay
and you are done!
