Ascent.exe Error

I get a runtime error when I try and start ascent.exe (recently edited ascent config files). The error looks like this: http://swemod.com/singleton.jpg. The Ascent forums told me that it had something to do with the dbc files I just do not know how to fix it.

Just download it again maybe a file didnt download correctly
