Account webpage

Hello,

Probably this question has been here a thousand times.
But im new here,and pretty new at this whole emulator thing.
I made my own serfver and got it public soo far (wich took me some time ^_^)
So i need i should make a webpage where people can make an account but i have no idea where/how too start.

I made an ascent server with YouTube Repack 2.3.2.
And i made it public with a guide from this site.

So now my question is : Could someone give me some tips and info how to make the accountpage.

I also have trouble to connect to the db when i use navicat.

connect to 127.0.0.1 instead, and to start out with your webpage you will want to get apache then there are many account creation sites that people have made for the MMOwned community just try the search, some even have guides on how to set up apache along with the website
