no julian didnt make it...he CLAIMED to have did...

its actually done by a comapany called clantemplates

all jullian did was take the PHP account reg script done by paybas(?)
and the Wowarmory done by maku
and smak a phpbb forum on there
and some other thing...and claim it to be his
