Yea well the problem is i dont know where the wamp folder is.. And the web files is that just all the files inside the package?

So...you need to download WAMP....search google for it...install it go to C:\wamp\www\index.php and delete that index.php...than extract the files from WOTLK Website Archive and place them in the www folder...edit account.php with your settings...change database host , database user , database password and the name of the database you will use.....no put WAMP online....u can click it near the clock bar and press Put All Online...than go Test Page for the SSL/TLS-aware Apache Installation on Web Site and there is your website
