Ghosting People

Does anyone know how you ghost people? I've seen people make someone say something that they didnt say and they weren't a GM so it couldn't have been .npc say.

lol this is one of the oldest tricks in the book. It' simple. Find the person you wanna mess with. Well easiest way is an example, say i wanna mess with someone named Thrall (lol), this is what i would type.


lol Thrall wtf?--------------------------(space to next line)
[Channel Name]Thrall: dude i know i suck...


Put the channel name you are chatting to the person in [Channel Name]

easy =D

EDIT: this is obvious to people with the ChatTimeStamps mod, so not everyone will fall for it.

This is the deathbug, it makes you invisible but you are still able to hit and get hit by AoE.

There should be a post on mmowned on how to do it, you just go on the BB boat pull a guard die relog and you should be alive but invisible.

I'm not sure if it's fixed yet.

Edit: I think he's talking about faking chat.. This is done by numerous spaces and it goes onto the next line so it's like [General] [***]:

actually, its rather simple.

.npc say works on characters.

simple as that

i've used it countless times

and some people hack to change their tags, i remember seeing a hack a while ago that let you mod your tags, then they easily could use npc say.

furthermore, gm's on private servers like to have alts, to play around with.
could be you found one of em.
