Off hand problem

Hi, I made a one had weapon with 500 dps, itd does 200-300 damage with .5 speed, when I main hand this sword it does fine, does alot of damage, but when I off had it it only does 10-18 damage, now I know offhands dont do as much damage as the mainhand but I know a 500 dps weapon should do more than 10-18 damage, anyone know why the one hand weapons, when offhanded only does 10-18 damage, and if you do... do you know how to fix it?

Does anyone know, I really cant think why, I have tryed differnt chars too, it is a fine main hand just sucks as a offhand

ok, I tryed thunderfury and that hits for like 30 too, so all offhands hit VERY low on my server, anyone know how to fix this?

Anyonw know what I should do, try a new database?
