This is really funny to do, and easy
First get their ip by targeting the person and typing .playerinfo.
Now you should get their IP, go to this site
IP Address Locator-Powered by Google Map
And type in their IP there, it should come up with a location.
Now do it again here
Geotool
To ensure you might have the right location.
Now whisper them ingame and say, How is it in Where their from
Either they won't respond or say like wtf how do you know where I am
It won't always work but fun when it is.
A optional way to do without gm access is to get a friends ip, or somehow get a strangers ip and do the same thing.

OMFG ive looking for something like this forever!!! I bridge connections on my xbox 360 and when I host I can see every1s IP address. Now if some ****ing noob pisses me off I can track dem mo fos... But fortunaltly I cant be tracked, since my ip thinks im either in washington or in kansas. btw in not close to either states
