Equiping 2h staff in every slot?

2h staff or any other weapon, I've seen this a lot on emu servers.

I see mages with Illidan staff popping out of there head and back with it equiped in EVERY slot.


I tried searching but found nothing on this. How is this achieved? Does it involve packet editing?
