Can't Run Ascent on my new 2500$ server. + 2 REP EMERGENCY

ughh just got my new computer and ascent won't start. Never seen this before. I have mysql and all installed. Router is on DMZ mode. INstalled .net framework 2.0, configured my files properly and tried multiple repacks.

WAMP won't even go online!

Computer Specs:

4gb RAM
2 Intel Dual Xeon Processors 3.0ghz each
OS: Microsoft Windows Xp Pro( not a legal copy) Service Pack 2, ITS NOT fully updated.

I'm not sure if its cuz my OS is not legal that WAMP and ascent aren't working. Although EVERYTHING else works on this OS.
