Negative critical help

Hi.i am wondering if there is a fix for the negative critical rates.all the +crit gear that player's equip after level 70 only decreases their critical.btw i set my lvl cap to 100 and this is the main bug i have on my server.

Update core and/or database

The core is updated and the database.im using revision 2.8 and the proper database for it.it's a problem with the ascent core.from the time burlex hardcoded the core's to lvl 70 but i dont know how to fix the negative critical ratings
