Is there like a program that makes me able to host a server and play on it on same computer without making the server lagg alot?

Uh. What?! Honestly, you only got 1 set of hardware in your computer. You can't emulate more hardware.

no that is why they have it call dedicated server

I have 3 ascent.exes, 2 logonserver.exes, and 1 MaNGOS server(Yes, I use it sometimes , runs better then you think) running my comp, and it isn't lagging.
