Some Website trouble.

Hey all. When i get my website up and running, it just loads very slow. any suggestions to make it load faster? when some friends try it they also notice the slow loading. Thanks in advance.

try not inserting .mp3 files as the background music, also try to have jpg images cause .bmp and png are really loaded lol check you internet conection if it is hosted on you machine and ... i dont remember more

You might have to check with your provider to see if there are any problems with the connection on the domain, I used to have those problems viewing on my friends website and he just recently changed his domain and now it runs smoothly.
