Is there a way to make mounts not require riding skill nor level ?

I want to make a low level mount for beginners to use.
Is it possible to make a mount that require no riding skill nor level ?

And if there is a way to make them go for example only 20% please post.
I don't think there is a way from what i know.

You cant change the speed of a mount without doing some DBC editing which you DO NOT want to get into.

But you can take the requirements away from any mount.

Open up navicat and go to a mount, say entry 13331 for example.
Scroll over to 'AllowableRace' and set that equal to zero if you want every race to be able to use the item.
Scroll over to 'AllowableClass' and set that equal to zero if you want every class to be able to use the item.
RequiredLevel is the level required to be able to use the item.
And RequiredSkill is the riding requirement, set that and RequiredSkillLevel equal to zero to remove the riding requirements

Of corse there is a way
open navicat or sqlyog or whatever, go to items table, then scroll down to the item that summons the mount, for example, "reins of the spotted nightsaber" then go across to the collum that says required level then change that to 1 or 0 then scroll across to required skill then change that to 0 or null then the same to required skill rank

but you would still need the skill even if it was at 0

Yeah i tried that. It's probably the spell made for the mount.
The spell that's in the DBC or in WoW itself is required for level 40 or 60 and riding skill.
Am i right ?

"Mount Type (Epic Rare Etc)
"Mount Icon Display ID
"what you wont Mount to look like
"what you wont in the Yellow text eg "this is a cool mount"
"All Races? or only horde?, or only Alliance?

I don't want to let you make it for me. I want to learn it my self, that's the whole point here.
I'm learning on how to emulate and work with .sql better.
