Is there a way to make mounts not require riding skill nor level ?

I want to make a low level mount for beginners to use.
Is it possible to make a mount that require no riding skill nor level ?

And if there is a way to make them go for example only 20% please post.
I don't think there is a way from what i know.

You could look for the aura Id of travel form druid and add a new item with that and a mount id. Oh and for no level just make RequieredLevel (or whatever the row is called) = 1 and requieredskill = 0

You can just go in to sqyog or w/e and remove all the costs.

Go to Emulator Guides and find the Guide "custom Mount"

1:Level = "Items: Table" Query = requiredlevel = Set to "0"

2:Skill = "Items: Table" Query = RequiredSkill = Set to "0"

3: Decrease to 20%, You can not unless you use a mount that is 20% faster than Running speed
Just use a level 40 Mount
