Question regarding Realmlist

I just re-installed WoW back on to my computer. Was the Realmlist changed somehow? Trying to enter a private server it always displays incorrect username or password, I have changed the Realmlist to the proper "set to" I also made sure the account was created. Tested this on a few servers and each Time I also try to use my live un/pass and it lets me login. Is the new Exe using a differant method than Realmlist now?

I changed Realmlist to a .txt rather than a .wtf , just jumped the gun on posting Sorry.

well you have to check and see if you have the same game version as they do

Do you save " File > Save" when you Change it in Note Pad

In your World of Warcraft Folder, Find the App Called "WoW.exe"
Open WoW with that

You just need to open realmlist with notepad and change it to:
set realmlist blablabla
where blablabla is the realmlist for your private server
and save it... (as .wtf file)

if you still have problems then you dont have an acc on the server OR you do not have the right game version.... or the server is down ^^
