Map 451 (Development land, Programmer Isle + Designer Isle) was blanked (all the map terrain and textures [making it blank/void]) in patch 2.3.0, there is no way (not even using modifications in Ascent to enter development land without falling into what is there now (a void, possibly crashing the client).
