The rev is working you just need a compatible database : }

Since i assume you downloaded a repack you might have some trouble finding

a custom working rev... find me the SVN for the rev you want and i can do it.

you can put GMlogs on... that way you can see who used what command...

You could have gone into "command_overrides" and in "command_name" type "playall" (without the " " of course...), then in "access_level" type "a" (again without the " "). Didn't someone answer this in another thread?

i tried and command_overrides doesnt do anything

although i just took out m priviliges, people were modifying factions of npcs and stuff, so its k guys dont bother
