Can anyone post me a link or tell em how to change the level cap or starting level, i would like to know both. i can not find this dam link, i saw it before so yes. anyone i would be very grateful

Yes but even if you change it, it wont work.

i just read on emupedia that the config files work... but the .mod an .levelup commands are not fixed for the level cap remove... (remember burlex removed level cap some time ago)
so you need to fix the .levelup .mod level command i think...
to check if the level cap works, make xp bombs or something so you level up fast put rates at like 1000000000000000000 to see if it works...

edit: if the xp bomb or high rate thing also brings you to max lvl 70 then check here: Patch Submit - Emupedia
