Jacked off?
Jacked off?
No lol, it keeps messing up >.<. Hopefully I fixed it. Btw I gave credits to you on the download
Thats great, thanks, I might make my own thread for things at some point, I dont want to keep hijacking other peoples!
Lol you're fine hijacking me, I hate uploading because my internet is wireless... I lose connection all the time =(
I guess Burlex is too busy with Christmas to commit to Ascent, as well as all the other developers
add a compiled version with flying mounts in azeroth please! +rep if ya do
does this work with NCDB rev 721?
Mate. It is me again, you posted your link to here in my thread. But I am having a problem, logonserver works fine but ascent crashes.
Please could anyone help?
** +Rep for whoever does **
Make sure you have a scripts_bin folder and a DBC in your ascent folder or it will crash.
Haha, forgot about that. I love you so much. I didn't mean that but your really helpful, more rep for you when I can give you some!![]()
I seem to be having another problem now. I run ascent and everything is working fine but it gets near to the end and says:
Ascent has crashed - Access Violation <Code>.
Something like that, can anybody help please?
I have download all the ascent files and the DBC and the Voice Chat but I have not done the maps because I di not think that would matter.
Do I need to use the NCDB database? Or can I use my own...
Could this be causing the program to crash?

That problem is most likely an outdated database. Use either 710, or 721![]()
Thank you so much, it is so nice to have people who help you!
I feel lots of rep coming your way.![]()
I have another problem. I am using the database that was supplied with this thread, the one that stephtorrent reccommended.
Now everything works correctly. But when I try and login this happens:
It gets stuck on success...
I click on cancel, and it says 'Getting Realm List.'
Then it says 'Session Expired!'
What is going on?
Can anyone please help, plus rep to whoever does.
Thanks again,
Shaun.
