[Release] Project Silvermoon Fundatabase, Update for NCDB 0.2.3

The release of our Project Silvermoon Fundatabase that you can apply to your existing database as 1 batch file! :lol:
This release works only with a database compatible with ascent rev 2523 and probably higher, it works only with patch 2.3.0!!!
For instance, you have the NCDB Milestone 0.2.3 database on your server and you have already edited some stuff, you don't want to import an entire new database, cause you'll loose your stuff. That's exactly why I made this sql update file, it contains all of the custom stuff of the Project Silvermoon Fundatabase, just apply it to your existing database and restart your server and you have all of the custom things on your server

This release is compatible with a database that has been updated to the format that fully supports ascent rev 2523. It probably works with other formats too, but if only one of the table structures (excluding the char tables) has changed it probably won't work.
REMEMBER TO CLEAR YOUR CACHE/WDB FOLDER,
TELL OTHERS WHO PLAY ON YOUR SERVER TO DO THE SAME!!

Attention! It is not a bug that the normal mage portals and portals in Shattrath do not port you to the main cities,
it's because there is no way to make custom portals without using the official spells.
