Website Isn't Working

Hello!
I have a problem: I started my server for about 2 days ago. Everything worked perfectly. Yesterday I let the computer stay on cuz one of my friend were playing on the server. When I got back the server had crashed or something similar and the website didn't work. I do not know the cause for this, I am using 2d greengiant and chrispees 2.3 repack. Does anyone have a clue what this could be? and in that case, how can I fix it.?

(When I start the website I don't get any error messages, it even says that it works. Just as it did before. But when I try to go to the page I get the 404 http error; webpage cannot be found)

Im actually not that stupid. And also, they can't like "ban" webpages. No one can, sepecially not dns ones.

My Ip got changed one time.. and now im trying to make the website with Wamp and i cant get to the website! that sucks.
