Log Question

I've seen on some screenshots people are able to see in the ascent window what users ingame are saying, again not as .announce but just regular hit enter and talk, can anyone tell me how to set that up or how to change in which log so that I can see the same without being ingame ?

I think that is only for lower rev.. Don't think the updated one does that anymore I maybe wrong
