AC-WEB error, cant launch -HELP-

Ok, well I have some expierence with private servers, but this is my first time with AC-WEB and I ran the Ad.exe batch file in the WoW folder, and everything went fine, then I moved it all to the server folder/ascent. And I followed the next step "launch with control panel" I used the control panel that came with it, and when i launched it I got this error:
