Server is hacked!

Me and my friends private server is hacked! A guy is controlling the DB and we dont know how to get it back! can somebody please help us? We want to do this withouth screwing up the server so we dont need to replace anything. This guy is hacking into our members computers and is already in the hosts computer controling the db! Can somebody please tell me what to do so we can ban him?

Block remote access to your MySQL server for a while.
When it stops, wait 2 or 3 weeks and change your password, then give remote access to whoever.

And hacking into members computers? Dought it.

He hacked into my friend computer, He was talking to me on MSN. >.<

Sigh...people honestly need to change their sql password. Block remote access to your database. and if it continues bring your server down for a while.


Edit: If he hacked your friend's computer then get his ip and report him to his Isp :P

its probaly some bored kid who downloaded navicat and typed in root root lol...

Yeah, just basically block the remote access to your database, and also change the password

It's not always "guessing the password." I know quite a few ways around most of the registration sites, I could get into most people's dedicated boxes this way(don't though). No I am not releasing how to do it .

Heh, if you know this method so much.. why don't you use it to hack his PC and give back some payback? or are you just lying to make your-self look good?
