Logon server wont open

My server was working fine i started to get my register site up and i went to log back on the server and double click logon and it showed for about a half of a sec then disapeared so i went into the file and opened it from the main file and it said something about not being connected to SQL and the screen keeps going away.

go to Start > Run > and in the box that appears type :

net stop mysql

Then type this:

net start mysql

if it still continues then u didnt configure them properly

Its its telling me it denied my connection on the logon thing

u prob have to reintall mysql, along with ur db

so dump ur full db, and uninstall mysql

then go to start, computer, c drive, program files, then delete the Mysql folder, the whole thing.. then reinstall it

restart the whole server!?

u can keep ur rev and everything, u just have to reintall mysql
