SVN Help please.

Ok i download the ascent svn thing, and what do i after setting up my info on it and edditing the files. how can i start it up? do i use the programs from my other repack or what? and where can i put the warpnpc.dll for the teleporter? Thanks +rep for who helps me thanks.

yep, google microsoft visual studio express c++ 2008
after u install that (takes like 10min - 30 min depending on ur internet) come back, its a nice program!
