oh noes i figured out that something with change_me_logon should be the same in ascent and logonserver. well i can login and it shows the realm but its red. then i click it and than it says login in to game server. then it goes back to the realmlist

be sure that the IP at bottom of your realms.conf are set to your computer ip and not 127.0.0.1

i crash almost every other log in, and when i talk to an NPC, ascent closes, and i disconnect, anyone know how to fix this? +2 rep if u can

*edit*ok i fixed the NPC thing, but i still want to know why i keep crashing on login, and also, the level cap seems to be 60 for some reason, even though im set as AZ in gm and my flags are set to 8, anyone know how to fix this? +2 rep if anyone can help *edit*

i made it all work. but whats up with the plrupdatedistance. its set to 800 but it only works for 80

burlex, one of the programmer of ascent removed support of it from the ascent.conf (

seems like you have to add it manually into some tabels in database instead. hasnt tryed this out yet.
anyway, try install 3.0 database instead, this 2.o s unstable, and alots of bugs,
version 3.0 is much stable, and you dont need 800 there

could you post a link just for the Zul'Aman instance mob spawns

i just need a update to get the instance working properly, can get in but nothing to kill.

I tried using the database but when i loaded it and went to check it all the tables are blank and have 0 records in them

You can get them manually, yourself.

go in Norwegian DB and start WoW.
go to the instance, get the mobs ids, then extract the creature_names, proto, spawns for the mobs.

then insert then into your DB and they should be there, make sure they are not over writing any of your mob ids.

I cant even load the Norwegian DB when i try up all my tables are blank.
so like i said any that can give the sql for zul'aman stuff +rep
