[Help] Making Server Public

Well, today I decide to drop Hamachi. So I followed some guides here on mmowned on how to make my server public without Hamachi. Everything was going well, I got all my ports open and my site works, well so far it does its working on my laptop too but I need someone here to see if it works also RiSeN WoW, and if it doesnt work... then there is no use to this post. But anyways heres my problem, I edited my config files for my server to work with RiSeN WoW, but when I start logon server.exe it just randomly crashes when trying to connect, crashed to fast for me to see what the error is anyone that can help me out?

Okay well I got everything working, people can connect to the site but....when I start the server I get error "bind unsuccessful on port 8129" in ascent.exe, I got all the ports open that I need to have, but when I check my ports on Open Port Check Tool there all open sept 8129 yet like I said I have it open on my router.. anyone that can help me?
