custom/spawned npc wont save when i spawned them

since yesterday evening npc wont save anymore after i spawned them
i made some custom npcs for a event and spawned them like i normally do
.npc spawn entryid and then a 1 to save it but strangly enough that dont work anymore any1 knows what it is ?or what i can do/did wrong

I spawn with out a 1 and it works. Do that.

One of your tables may be corrupt... i could help you but i have deleted navicat and i cant remember witch table it is... ask Illidan1

3 Tables can / is Corrupted

creature_names
creature_proto
creature_spawns

The SQL Format would not be what it is when you fist installed it

Have you chanage any of the sQL Format?

i made a creature once with those tables but i didnt changed them rly
anyway how i can fix it ?
