realmlist.wtf on vista

can anyone help me?
i know how to change the realmlist on windows xp ive done it a million times before but what i dont know is how to change it on windows vista because everytime i try it tells me it cannot access that file
im stumped on how to figure it out
so can anyone at all help me?

try run it as administrator or something... I'm not having ney problems running it on Vista

yeah i have no problems either... just click it, a thing should come up asking to either look up what program to open it with on the internet, or for you to choose it from a list. choose it from a list and then select notepad
