Is there a way, say if you want a battle event too happen, or like demons being summoned from a spot every so often, How could you do this?

If thats not possible, how can you amke a mob instantly, or near instantly respawn?
I tried setting respawn rate really low in Navicat, that doesnt work, it speeds it up, but doesnt make it instant

the respawn in the tables is in mili seconds

other then a script to instantly respawn or a gm command to respawn your kinda stuck with the respawn timer in the database
