Hi how many wow EMU's are there?
i only know those:
Mangos
Antrix
Ascent
(and then the first one ever) cant remeber name

WoWEmu owned so easy and fun check out the GM Power video on youtube to see it in action. Doesn't work with anything past like patch 1.11 though Ascent is the antrix team so there really the same. Theres one called TheAbyss Check out the alpha server setup thread however the abyss STINKS and i think it just works on the alpha other then that I don't know

There's a few more out there aswell TimeCore, WinterNet or Mangos.NET, Pandora. Sure most are based on a few different sources but they each had their ups and downs.

Jeez, nothing grinds my gears more when people consider Antrix and Ascent Different emulators ><

They are in fact, NO DIFFERENT. It is actually just a turning point for the team. Burlex was going to be in deep shit with wowscape, when he decided to start the emulator team over and accept wowscape. He called the new "team" Ascent, instead of antrix. Take a look at the source code for each, they are in fact no different.

Now please stop considering them as two diff emus.
