It is possible, But it is the hardest thing you
will every try and do
IT will take more than 2 weeks to make 1 spell
and yet you got to know what your doing

if you want to make a completely new spell, the procedure would vary EXTREMELY from type to type.

it would also takes a long time,

an easyer and faster option is to learn what each column is for, and simply edit a existing spell to fit your needs.

So surely people like GatricPenguin or Chrispee could.

nope , i dont want uber heal over time and that stuff , i would to make a new fireball ranks and/or new abilities for each class
