Antrix server questions

Howdy, just started getting into the private server thing, have a few questions that i cant find with search, must be retarded or something so any help would be appreciated.

I cant find commands to teleport to shattrah and stuff like that,

Also i cant get max ranks of spells for some reason,

Im using navicat and i dont quite understand how to add in custom vendors and items and stuff like that.

I cant use any items from 25 man raids?

Im not sure how to learn/add enchants, only really want stuff like mongoose on my weps.

And yeah im generally a noob, if theres any noobfriendly guides around that you want to link this would be much appreciated, on how to add items/ use random commands and stuff like that.

2: Get the Antrix GM addon and try it that way
