Custom races can only be done to an extent.. model editing. So it's not technically a new race, just a new model.

That's a very old picture indeed. It was made before the Burning Crusade as fake 'proof' that the new Alliance race would be Murlocs.

ive seen a few threads about how to mak a toon of one race with SPECIFIC appearance look like a goblin... you coul do with other races but kind of infringing, and also kinda glitchy

There is a way to change the Look of the Player
when he make's a Npc
For gnome i made it a goblin
For Drenai i made it a Broken
and yeah for orc i made it a red orc
if you wont to know how ill make a little guide
