Please some "Emulation expert" Make a good 2.1.3 guide for noobs like me, how to make a server on MaNGOS and how to get it live (and please no Hammaci)

Hey, Me and a friend have the got exact same problem, whatever we do nothing works! Hey.. If you find out how, mind telling me I'll do the same for you lot! Good luck.. this is soooooooo annoying!

2.1.3 you cant talk in all chat unless you downgrade or something. and magos is really buggy, you should try 2.2.x Acsent... in my opinion its the best...
I can look for some guides if you want.
