Yes. i did everything i needed to do i tryid with an antrix server and it worked but just not with this one

Yes but Realmserver is for if you are running 2 realms
but one realm is running on another Computer
(so your Computer that i hosting 1 Server can use same Ip as the main Computer)

P.D: GM Gear vendor are bugged, and gm gear are bugged and bug the char because only can attack 1 time.

I got a problem........why are the action bars locking up? i go attack something and my action bars just lock up on 1 action wtf is this? Just found another bug NPC's dissappearing and im Dieing for no reason?

First you have to be level 255 to get the stuff from him so go in your ascent folder change the level cap to 255 restart server set your level to 255 and bam you should be able to buy from him. Ok Chris i found my dieing problem it was the gm gear lol what you do to it? hehe

done that the event gear vendor works fine but the gm random gear wont sell me anything, i click an item and nothing happens if i try to sell something to it it just says the merchant doesent like you.
