is it possible to perminately change the pets appearance or type?

say instead of a bear hunter pet

to chagne the pet into say..

a griffon, dragon?

mostly want to find if i can perminatly change the pets appearance/type from what ever is used. to ether a dragon or a griffon. and change the size so they are half that of the player.

is it possible with admin/gm commands or would you have to do model changing?

Yes, I do know it is possible to make lets say a boar into a kodo. It is all in the creature_proto ( I am not exactly sure of it, Wish I could check, however I am on a different computer than the one that has my server on. In other words, check before editing anything.) There should be something along the lines of "display id" (without quotes of course) in a column. However, if you did that it wouldn't just change the pet into that creature.
and if you are trying to find display ids, they are the same as the command in game that are used to morph. For example .morph 8128

I tried the .modify

but every time i have to log out or restart the server it drops out.

I will have to check the display id then..

i am looking mainly to remove all but the hunter class and change the quests to making all pets dragons only and giving flying mounts that display id of the dragon pet matches.

just another fun server to play with really
