Website arent working :S

Hello!
I have had an server for like a week now, and it is public. That will say, I have a dynamic IP for it. But everytime a new player wants to join i have to make he's account manually.... So i wanted a acount signup page.
Now, i've tried WAMP5 and AppServ but I cant seem to get anyone to work, and yes, I do follow the guides correctly... So, im wondering, could anyone know what the problem is? (WAMP5 is correctly setuped but when i try to start MySql service it just "crashes". I am "online" tho)

the wamp does not pick up the mysql it always goes off line as for the site do you have all of you stuff in the wamp www folder and is you dyndns set up correctly and you might need to folow the install guide for the site if you are useing one

Thanks for the answer, would you perhaps know how I make so that wamp picks up the right files?

oh sorry, didnt rly understand :P
and yes, I have it correctly setted up and well, the server is working for me and my firends so the dyndns isnt bugging.

tried changing the host to "localhost" still not working
