WTF please help

Ok well every 20-30 seconds my Ip chnages and i am tryig to download somthign and when my Ip changes it stops downloading and i have to retry and i canit put my Server up couse when my Ip Changes i need to go to dns.com and chnage it over and over again every 30 se4conds plz help

dude something is either rong with your router or your modem or watever
to see your real ip goto start menu -> all programs -> accesories -> Command prompt then type 'ipconfig' without the 'marks
