Problem with weather

Hi, so I have my own server, and everything else seems to work fine, but for some reason, the weather is always horrible, for example, in stormwind it's always shady, and when I use the gm command, .debug weather 0 1 to turn on the sunny weather, about 10 seconds later it defaults back to the shady day. I even changed the weather table in the database so that all regions has 100% chance to be sunny, and cleared my cache, and it still doesn't seem to be working. I had bad weathers! How do I fix this problem? Would someone please help me? Thanks

Try .debug weather 0 99999999999999999999

Although I believe the fog is a different problem that I am unaware of because I have never had to deal with it.

No, unfortunately that command doesn't work. It still defaults back to the shady/foggy weather. And I believe the command syntax is .debug weather <weather ID> <on/off> with on being 1 and off being 0.
