It will go by person who has the most contributing sets:

Most : ~15 rep.
2nd: ~10 Rep.
THird: ~5 rep

Honorable mentions: ~2/3 rep.

why make sets with items from blizzard? design your own :P

They're getting MODELS not full sets. Model editing will only change it on your computer unless you make your players download something.
