2.1.3 Antrix Maps?

EDIT:
I found the issue.
I am running windows vista(which we all no you need permission to perform almost any action).
Especially in Program Files.
when running ad.exe i realised it is not creating the .bin files becuaseit didnt have permission.
so i copied my World of warcraft onto my desktop and then ran Ad.exe.
It worked perfectly.
I hoped this helped anyone with the same problem read this.



Alright, So heres the deal.
I have been making a 2.1.3 Private Server From HerleyBob's Tutorial.
I have made a server before so i have some knowledge.
I made It all the way untill the maps part.

I will explain what i did:
I Created a Folder called Maps in the main wow directory.
I put Ad.exe in there.
I Ran Ad.exe.
It went great. It Extracted all the maps files(at least it said it did) and finished neatly.
But when i go to look in my maps folder. "Oh NO!! Its empty."

What else i tried:
I tried again with just deleting the Maps folder and replacing it.
Using the Adenus.exe or whatever it was named(yes i have US patches).
A tried deleting Ad.exe and Re-downloading and using.

What should i do?
I searched and found nothing with the answers i was looking for.
