WoWMinecraft has it been done basically allowing players to spawn building and objects etc how to fly edit and fix there own places etcs?

Yes, but long before Minecraft existed. There was an entire server dedicated to free-building and having plots etc. I don't think any such server exists any longer.

The server you are referring to is probably GlobalWoW, a server where people could buy land and then build on it freely.
The final version of GlobalWoW shut down in like 2010 so it's no longer around.

If you want something that was like GlobalWoW I suggest you try out RPHeaven, it's like global but instead with phases. Once you have created your own phase you are free to spawn whatever you want inside it.

DREAD!! RPHeaven is basically the same thing, but yes, with phases.

Well I will be starting up a server like this and one blizzlike server to pm if you are interested in helping me out its been awhile since I've been in the emulator world Lol my server should be here within a week or so. thanks, Ladrek

There has been little reboots made by members from what I remember based on the final version I put out, last one I saw was in cata though no idea if its still around.

Yeah. Currently, RPHeaven is the only 'decent' server that still maintains that "quality" for something of what you're looking for. Version 5.4.8 too. There's also a server on Wrath, but I'd rather not mention such a terrible thing (since it only has a population of like.. 1 at the moment). So yeah, RPHeaven is the best option for what you're looking for.
