O and i cant run website either unable to connect to database and there is now DB with this

The database comes inside the repack already you don't have to do anything with it.

If you updated to the new 2.2.0 patch this DB is already Outdated and youll have to de-patch if you want to use it. (Note where it says only supports 2.1.0 - 2.1.3)
